About The Position
AllCloud is looking for a high-motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible bookkeeper to join our growing finance team.
The bookkeeper will be responsible for :
- Performs all client billing functions and other accounts receivable functions
- Perform all data entry of cash receipts and client costs in billing and accounting systems.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Work up and make bank deposits for the operating
- Perform all data entry of cash receipts
- Process credit card transactions.
- Expense reports
- Daily accounting duties and financial transactions in our books.
- Strong Excel skills - must
- High-level English (both spoken and written) - - must
- Certified bookkeeper- Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage
- 2+ years bookkeeping experience with in a Hi-Tech or “multi-national” company - advantage
- Experience working with ERP system - advantage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team player and service-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
